Social Responsibility at Alpiq Generation
Alpiq Generation respects the environment. We aim to continuously improve the natural environment of both our immediate area and the wider regional area.
We are fully aware that our operations impact the environment, and as such, we continue to take action to prevent, reduce, and when possible, to eliminate pollution. This includes taking measures to remedy environmental liabilities traceable to our company. The company's activities in this area are a planned part of the management system, as well as a fundamental part of everyday activities of all the employees.
Alpiq Generation has adopted and implemented the environmental management system (EMS) EN ISO 14001 and the occupational health & safety (OHS) system OHSAS 18001.
In addition, we support the community through long term sponsorship programs that provide support to Kladno projects and organisations.
